Some amount of redness and swelling is expected, plan accordingly
Come in clean, dry, and cool and expect to stay that way
Come to your appointment well hydrated
You may be more comfortable using topical anesthetics before your appointment; have it wiped off
Many choose to utilize NSAIDS, antihistamines, and/or antacids to temper their skin's reaction
Sweat is the enemy of hair removal
The area needs to breathe; avoid clothing that is tight or rubs
Avoid exposure to the sun
Put off wearing makeup as long as possible after a treatment. Again, let the area breathe
Avoid anti-acne and anti-aging products in the area for the duration of the treatments
If you are on medications or have health conditions, check with your Dr before having electrolysis
